A potential case of police brutality was recorded on a cell phone camera by a man from Wheat Ridge this week.

But he says he ended up in handcuffs after the incident.

Chris Hoover says he doesn't have anything against police officers. He just wanted to help a young man that he though was being hurt unnecessarily during an arrest. That young man was accused of shoplifting.

Boris Sanchez's conversation with Hoover as well as the video he recorded of the rough arrest are in the video clip above.
