Bad headlights force another recall on GM cars, SUVs

DETROIT — For the 79th time this year, General Motors is holding another recall, this time as it pertains to headlights.

The automaker is recalling 273,000 vehicles because the low-beam headlights might cut out. High-beam headlights, fog lamps and turn signals are not affected.

The vehicles being recalled include:

*Buick LaCrosse sedans (2006 to 2009)

*Chevrolet TrailBlazer (2006 and 2007)

*Chevrolet Trailblazer EXT (2006)

*GMC Envoy (2006 and 2007)

*GMC Envoy XL (2006)

*Buick Rainier (2006 and 2007)

Saab 9-7X (2006 to 2008)

*Isuzu Ascender midsize SUVs (2006 to 2008)
