LOVELAND, Colo. — Authorities in Loveland released a sketch of a man they want to speak with in connection with a sex assault last month.

The assault happened on Sept. 28 behind Gil’s Mini Shop on S. Lincoln Avenue, said Det. Rob Pride of the Loveland Police Department.

The victim went to the hospital after the assault and was treated there for two days before hospital staff contacted police asking them to investigate.

Pride said the assault happened between 7 and 9 p.m.

The sketch released Wednesday is of a man who “may have information that will help with the investigation,” Pride said.

Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call Loveland Police at 970-962-2032.
