Juice is full of sugar, which feeds the bacteria that ultimately cause cavities.

A recent survey commissioned by Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation showed that many kids drink juice several times a week, and more than half of parents report that juice is what they child prefers to drink.

The reality is too much juice can increase early childhood cavities. And, these cavities from baby teeth can spread to adult teeth.
