NEWARK, Calif. -- Menacing sounding tweets sent from a San Francisco area teacher's Twitter account are raising eyebrows at one high school.

In one of the posts she even said she wanted to stab some kids.

Students at the school are still talking about it.

During the summer, she sent out dozens of tweets including one that read, "The problem with teacher summer school is I'm gonna' get all the (expletive) who failed my class, 2 of whom I wish would get hit by a car."

Another one said, "I already want to stab some kids. Is that bad? 19 more days."

Krista Arata Hodges received a written reprimand from the school district. She apologized to her students.

Many students say she's a popular history teacher. Some say that if you know her, you would know the tweets weren't serious. Nevertheless, some parents wanted her fired over the posts.

If a kid can get expelled for eating his Pop-tart into the shape of a g*u*n…. This teacher ought to be “expelled” as well.
Oh, yeah…. The kid doesn’t have a Union supporting him.
