DENVER — An Amber Alert has been issued for a five-month-old girl from Oklahoma who authorities believe may have been abducted by a woman with a mental health issue.

Cindy Findley, 48, is believed to have kidnapped the baby, Olivia Smith, from Kingfisher County in Oklahoma on Thursday, according to the alert.

Findley is thought to be traveling west to Salt Lake City in a black 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with Texas plates BYZ-3364, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation. Her route may take her through Colorado.
