BROOMFIELD, Colo. — An adult female was taken into custody Wednesday after police executed a search warrant at a massage parlor in Broomfield.

Earlier in the year, police received an anonymous tip regarding possible illegal sexual conduct at the Spring Spa massage parlor at 1004 Depot Hill Rd. in Broomfield, according to the Broomfield Police Department.

After an initial investigation, police obtained a search warrant and carried out the warrant on Wednesday.

A employee at a nearby business told the Broomfield Enterprise that law enforcement arrived at the spa around noon Wednesday and worked for about an hour and a half before breaking.

During that time, officers carried brown paper bags out of the business and to a crime scene truck, the witness said.

The raid resulted in the arrest of 61-year-old Zhang Kuaglan.

Police said Kuaglan was arrested on prostitution charges and transported to the Broomfield Detention Center.
