Boulder sex assault suspect captured in Summit County

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. — A 66-year-old man who left court while a jury was deciding his guilt or innocence in a sex assault trial was found in Summit County Saturday.

Michael Riley disappeared Friday morning. Boulder Police put out a bulletin asking for the public for help in finding him.

Saturday spokeswoman Kim Kobel said Riley was found and captured. No other information about his whereabouts was released.
