Matt McCann from Marg’s Taco Bistro shows us how to make guacamole.

4 avocados
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 bunch cilantro, leaves only
1 jalapeno finely minced
2 garlic cloves pressed or minced
1/2 cup red onion diced
1 juice of lime

Mix onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and garlic. Add chopped tomatoes and mix.Gently mash avocados. Fold in vegatables. Serve with fresh tortillas or chips.
