Street sweeping resumes in Denver on Wednesday, April 1, and continues through November.

DENVER — Street sweeping season — and street sweeping citation season — begins in Denver on Tuesday.

Denver Public Works is reminding residents to not receive a street sweeping citation by following posted signs on streets where they park.

Residents can sign up for a free email reminder of when street sweeping will happen on their street. The sign-up is available at KeepItCleanDenver.org and by clicking on the “Show Your Pride, Move Your Ride” icon.

Those signing up will need to know which day and which week the sweeping occurs (for example, the second Wednesday of the month). Maps and schedules are available on the website.

Residents can also receive a “No Parking” sticker reminder for calendars by calling 311.

Street sweeping occurs once a month through November.
