Ex-Alamosa Co. deputy faces charges on sexual misconduct with inmate

ALAMOSA, Colo. — A former Alamosa County Sheriff’s Office deputy faced felony and misdemeanor charges for allegedly engaging in sexual relationships with a prisoner.

According to the Valley Courier, Dale Michael Jordan, 34, appeared in an Alamosa County courtroom on March 19, facing two felony charges and two misdemeanor charges regarding allegations of sexual misconduct with an inmate at the Alamosa County Detention Center.

At the dispositional hearing, county judge Daniel Walzl set a preliminary hearing for the deputy on April 28.
