Police investigate robbery at Fort Collins super market

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Fort Collins police officers responded to a burglary at a local super market on January 19.

According to the Fort Collins Police Services, the suspect, who was captured on the store’s surveillance camera, entered the Beaver’s Market at 1100 Mountain Ave. shortly before 5:40 a.m.

A store employee reported the incident to authorities at approximately 8 a.m. after arriving to open the store for the day.

Officers said they found evidence of a forced entry. They also reported a safe, which contained an undisclosed amount of money, missing from the store.
