LYONS, Colo. -- It has been more than five months since flooding ravaged the town of Lyons.

Twenty students at Lyons Middle and Senior High School have created a memory book that shows what the flood was like and how it changed their community ... through their eyes.

Their stories and pictures are in a new book that was released Monday called "Our Town, Our Story."

A book release party was held at Oskar Blues Monday night. The books are $29 and proceeds go to the Lyons Community Foundation. The money will be used to rebuild trails in Lyons that were destroyed in the flooding.
