DENVER -- The wives of some of the Denver Broncos players have some great game day food recipes that they shared, even though they'll be at the stadium on game day, screaming and cheering like crazy.
Veronica Woodyard’s Mango Salsa Ingredients
Roma tomatoes, garlic clove, lemon juice, kosher salt, fresh cilantro, jalapenos, red onion, yellow pepper, mangoes mixed in a chopper

1 pkg wings
LAWRYS seasoning salt
Sprinkle all of those ingredients on the wings and bake on 450 for 45 mins. The wings should look like this
Melt 1/3 cup of butter and add 1/2 cup of Franks red hot sauce to it. Stir and dip wings in the sauce and lay them on serving plate. Don't reheat. Pour any left over sauce Sent from my iPhone
Lindsey Vallos’ Oreo Truffles
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softned
36 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
16 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
- Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls, freeze 10 minutes. Dip balls into melted chocolate. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos. Place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
