BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. — December 1st was the target date and the Colorado Department of Transportation is right on schedule.
According to a CDOT spokesperson, work on state, flood-damaged highways will be done by December 1st.
The reason for the December deadline: the weather.
CD.O.T. plans to have a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Monday, on U.S. 36, just outside of Lyons to re-open another portion of the highway.
