AURORA, Colo. — Four residences were damaged Monday afternoon when a fire broke out at the Red Sky Condominiums in Aurora.

One patient suffered minor injuries in the blaze, which seemed to have been the result of a cooking accident, the Aurora Fire Department said.

The fire was first reported about 1:30 p.m. and was knocked down within an hour.

Two adults and three children were displaced from the apartment where the fire broke out, as were two adults living in the unit directly above.
