BOULDER, Colo. -- Dozens of city inspectors are planing to hit the ground tomorrow morning to review flood-impacted properties.

They'll check the exterior of flood damaged properties from the most impacted places, then label them one of three colors using a placard. Their focus, they said, will be the structural integrity of properties.

Green means safe to occupy.

Red means unsafe (but is not an order for demolition).

Yellow represents good for limited use -- That could signal issues including problems with gas lines, the electrical or the structure.

If your property was affected by the September 2013 flood but is not located in one of the most impacted areas, you may call 303-441-1880 to request an assessment.
