DENVER — A pair of shootings left one man wounded and sent a bullet into a house Saturday night, Denver police reported.

The first shooting happened near 5507 Eagle St. about 6 p.m., the Denver Police Department said. One man was hit in the forearm as a suspect fired from a passing vehicle. Police were looking for a green, four-door sports utility vehicle, possibly a Geo Tracker, in connection with that shooting.

About 1 a.m. Sunday, there was more gunfire in the same area, the Denver Post reported. No one was injured. A woman in the area told the paper that at least one bullet tore into her home over the course of the shootings.
