Man charged for sexually assaulting patients at Broomfield nursing home

BROOMFIELD, Colo. — The man accused of sexually assaulting two patients at a Broomfield nursing home was formally charged Tuesday.

According to the District Attorney’s Office, Antonio Nieto, 41, sexually assaulted two women while he was working as a certified nursing assistant at Broomfield Skilled Nursing located at 12975 Sheridan Blvd.

Nieto was charged with two counts of sexual assault on an at-risk adult and four counts of sexual assault involving two female patients.

The first assault involved a 59-year-old patient between July 10 and July 19, according to court records. Nieto allegedly assaulted a 73-year-old patient on August 14.

Nieto is being held at the Broomfield Detention Center on $100,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing.
