MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. -- Governor John Hickenlooper toured the hardest hit flooded areas of Manitou Springs on Thursday. He toured the area, along with Manitou's mayor.

After the 45-minute tour, Hickenlooper then addressed about 50 residents at a local art gallery.

Two people died due to the rising waters.

Despite a week of sandbags and flashing lights, a local bistro owner says business is good and wants to remind people that the town is open.
