Chalk art lines the streets of Larimer Square
DENVER — Saturday was a beautiful day to stroll along Larimer Square and check out the works that Denver’s chalk artists had to offer.
Visitors packed the streets for the 11th annual Denver Chalk Art festival.
The event featured works from hundreds of artists, all drawn in chalk with the asphalt as their canvas.
A unique piece called “Denver Finger Stache” pictured above portrayed a woman using her finger as a mustache.
The festival continues on Sunday, and runs from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
