DENVER — Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey formally charged the man who shot and killed his wife in front of their Denver home last weekend.

Genaro Rodela has been charged with one count of first-degree murder after he shot his estranged wife, 24-year-old Maria Rodela, in front of a home in the 4400 block of Sherman Street on May 5.
