1.) Coffee and Coconut Anti-Cellulite Treatment

To instantly reduce the appearance of cellulite, use this coconut and coffee scrub. There isn't a cure for cellulite but this will temporarily give you tighter, smoother, firmer-looking skin.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup freshly ground coffee

1/4 cup sugar

3 tablesoons melted coconut oil

1. Combine 1/2 cup freshly ground coffee with 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl.

2. In a separate owl, melt 3 healping tablespoons of coconut oil - which is usually solid at room temperature - in a microwave-safe bowl (about 15-30 seconds).

3. Add melted coconut oil to coffee and sugar mixture until it forms a paste.

4. Make sure mixture is not too hot, then gently massage mixture onto cellulite-prone areas using circular motions. Massage gently for about 5 minutes.

The caffeine in the coffee helps to temporarily tighten skin by getting rid of excess fluid.

The sugar and coffee grounds act as an exfoliant to help give your soft, smoother-looking skin.

The coconut oil is packed with antioxidants, helps lock in moisture and defends against sun damage.

2.) Energizing Grapefruit Body Scrub

A natural scrub that detoxifies and wakes up skin.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup course sea salt

1/2 cup organic coconut oil

Juice of 1/2 grapefruit

1. Mix all ingredients well.

2. Apply scrub all over body and gently massage in a circular motion, concentrating on extra-dry areas (elbows, feet, knees)

3. Rinse well with warm water.

The magnesium found in sea salt can help eliminate fluid retention, slow down aging and calm the nervous system. The grainy texture of sea salts, assist in removing dull dead skin cells to reveal a fresher newer layer of skin. Sea salt is believed to help pull them out and away from the body.

The bromide found in sea salts can help relax muscles and ease muscle stiffness. Saltwater is a common treatment for muscle aches and pains, because it naturally penetrates the pores, enters into the bloodstream and tissues, and removes lactic acid accumulations, one of the roots of post-exercise pain.

The coconut oil is packed with antioxidants, helps lock in moisture and defends against sun damage.

Grapefruit juice helps to nourish and cleanse skin.

3.) Anti-Aging Papaya Face Mask

A natural face mask featuring papaya to help keep your skin looking young, fresh and smooth.

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 c cubed papaya

1/3 cup oatmeal

2 tablespoons honey

Directions:

1. Use a blender to mix all ingredients.

2. Smooth mixture onto face, avoiding eye area and leave on for five to 10 minutes.

3. Rinse off with warm water.

Papaya contains alpha hydroxy acids to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and even skin tone. It also contains a natural enzyme called papain that helps gently exfoliate and dissolve dead skin cells, boost skin repair and reveal a healthy younger-looking complexion.

Honey is a natural humectant - keeping skin hydrated all day long - and helps defend against sun damage.

Oatmeal calms skin irritations and soothes damaged skin.
