DENVER — The National Football League announced the Denver Broncos’ 2013 preseason schedule Thursday. The schedule features road games against the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks followed by home contests against the St. Louis Rams and Arizona Cardinals.

The NFL also revealed that Denver’s Week 3 game against St. Louis (Saturday, Aug. 24) will be broadcast nationally to mark the fourth time in the last five seasons the Broncos have played in front of a national television audience during the preseason.

Denver owns a 127-114 (.527) all-time record in the preseason and has registered at least a .500 record in the preseason during 15 of the last 17 seasons. Last year, Denver finished with a 2-2 preseason record.

For the 44th consecutive year, 850 KOA will broadcast all Broncos games as the team’s radio-rights holder. Local television broadcast details for the preseason as well as the network broadcast crew for the Broncos’ nationally televised game against St. Louis will be announced later, the team said.

The remaining dates and times for Denver’s preseason schedule will be announced later this month in coordination with the NFL’s release of the Broncos’ complete 2013 regular-season schedule.
