Couples from around the world celebrated monogamy and verticality Thursday at Loveland Ski Area’s 22nd Mountaintop Matrimony event.

Eighty-eight couples tied the knot or renewed their vows at Ptarmigan Roost Cabin before shredding their way down the slopes, the resort reported. One couple made their way to Loveland from New South Wales, Australia.

Five inches of new snow helped set the mood and encourage fireside snuggling.
