2 injured, 2 arrested after overnight stabbing in Colo. Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A Sunday night altercation left two in the hospital and two under arrest, according to reports.

According to KXRM, at around 10 p.m. Sunday, police received a call reporting a large fight inside an apartment located on the 3300 block of East Fountain Blvd. Officers forced entry into the apartment, where they found several people, a large amount of blood and no victims.

Two victims eventually turned up at Memorial Hospital with several stab wounds. Both had serious, but non-life threatening injures.

The victims identified one of the suspects as Daqwan Toussaint, who was arrested for first degree assault. After further investigation, police arrested a second suspect, Brittany Cranmer, on charges of accessory to commit first degree assault.
