Donald Trump slams GOP: ‘worst negotiators in history’

NEW YORK – Donald Trump criticized Republicans in Congress Tuesday calling them the “worst negotiators in history” after a deal over the so called fiscal cliff passed the Senate on Monday.

Trump, a Republican who has never been shy about criticizing President Barack Obama or Democrats, said Republicans “got nothing” in the deal.

The agreement, which was approved by the House of Representatives Tuesday night and now goes to the president for his signature, was brokered by Vice President Joe Biden and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.
