DENVER — Dreams of a White Christmas look on track this year.
Snow will develop during the evening hours across Colorado and Denver Monday night.
It will continue overnight with as much as 10 inches possible in the mountains with about 2 to 5 inches across the metro area.
There will be the possibility of a little more south and west of Denver with up to 6 inches there.
The snow will come to an end through Christmas morning, but it will stay very cold with highs only in the 20s.
More snow is expected by Thursday. And, most of the week looks cold.
