LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Police are trying to figure out how a man died after he was thrown out of a bar early Sunday morning.
According to the Lakewood Police Department, officers responded to reports of an unresponsive man in a parking lot of the Nite Owl Sports Bar at 1050 S. Wadsworth at approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
When they arrived at the scene, police found a 34-year-old man lying in the parking lot, according to authorities.

Perez was arrested Sunday and he faces charges of second degree murder and 3rd degree assault.
Baros was arrested Monday. He faces a charge of second degree assault along with a domestic violence protection order violation.
The victim’s name has not been released, and investigators are trying to determine the cause of death.
