Restaurant Review: TAG Burger Bar wins with wild burger recipes

The geniuses’ who brought you TAG and TAG Raw Bar are now out with a new neighborhood joint in Congress Park, where you can enjoy a burger and a beer in comfort with friends.

Welcome to TAG Burger Bar.

Their classic burgers with beef, lamb, bison or turkey meat are great. But it’s their specialty burgers like the homemade veggie, Skuna Bay salmon and kangaroo varieties that set this place apart.

And that’s not even mentioning the Andrew Jackson burger, which includes house-cured pork belly, a fried egg, truffled aioli mustard-vinegar slaw, bone-marrow salt and crisp chicken skin.
