DENVER — Gusty winds have already moved into metro Denver and sunny skies will change to cloudy skies quickly on Wednesday. Conditions will also change from warm to cold, and from rain to snow.

Chief meteorologist Dave Fraser says the best chance for snow and light accumulation in Denver will arrive overnight Wednesday into early Thursday.

There is a possibility some parts of metro Denver could get 2-4″ before it’s all done. “Some left over snow showers will linger late Thursday into early Friday before ending,” Fraser says.

Dry and sunny weather returns for the weekend with temperatures warming back into the 60s.
