Mayor Hancock speaks about debate’s economic impact for Denver
DENVER — Mayor Michael Hancock said Denver is “looking at a $15 million economic impact with the debate itself and people coming into town.”
“After the Democratic National Convention we hosted in 2008, a couple years later Denver was considered the No. 1 convention destination in the world,” said Hancock, a Democrat.
