DENVER — University of Denver Ph.D student Nicholas Bowlby will graduate with a great degree in 2013 — and a ton of loans to pay off.

That’s why he’s hoping education will be a big focus at the debate on his graduate campus tonight.

“I hope they address student loans and the cost of post-secondary education,” Bowlby said. “I am also very interested in the current economy and the unemployment rate. I am hoping that once students graduate from college they do have the opportunity to get a job to repay those student loans.”
