Domestic Dish: Emmy fashion, dealing with an empty nest

The Emmys went down on Monday, but before the show all the cameras were focused on the night’s fashion.

One of the big colors was light blue. Fox star Zoey Deschanel wore a blue, cinderella-looking dress. Hayden Panettiere’s blue dress was almost see through.

But the biggest color may have been yellow – at least for the winners. Julieanne Moore was rocking the color in a form-fitting dress. Fellow Emmy winners Julie Bowen and Claire Danes also looked stunning in bright yellow.

Also on this edition of the Domestic Dish, kids have been at college for a little over a month now, and it may be hard for parents to really let go – especially if their last child just left the nest.

So we asked family and child therapist Dr. Larry Curry to join us with some tips on letting go and dealing with that empty nest.
