Food Truck Friday: The Crock Spot

In their own words, the Crock Spot food truck offers classic american cuisine, with an international twist.

All of their meats are slow roasted in crock pots, served over grain varietal and topped with a sauces of the diner’s choice.

Currently Crock Spot is a mobile food kitchen serving Denver’s local festivals, markets and events, but the rolling restaurant is hoping to have a brick and mortar restaurant soon. Check their website for updates and the video above for our review.
