Domestic Dish: Fall decorating from Ikea, super heroes help kids eat veggies

It’s the best way to get the kids to eat their veggies since Popeye made spinach cool.

Elementary schools are starting to give their vegetables fun super hero names like”X-Ray Vision Carrots.” And as a result, researchers have found that kids are eating twice as many veggies as usual.

Remember all the sales at Target last year for the holidays? Things got a little crazy – maybe a little too crazy.

That’s what the Vice President of Target is saying. Target’s new policy is that it will not be partaking in massive sales this year, and, they say, “if that means we lose sales to our rivals then that’s fine.”

Target says it doesn’t want to have sales just for the sake of having sales anymore.

And finally, fall is here. We’ve found out that decorating your home for the new season can be simple with a few warm touches. We checked in with Annie from Ikea Centennial who showed us it’s easy to customize your home with textiles.
