Nutritionist Julie Hammerstein stopped by the set today. She tells us that when it comes to putting something healthy in your kids’ lunch boxes that they’ll actually eat, it’s all about the dip.

Hammerstein has recipes for black bean hummus dip, Greek taco dip, low-fat egg salad dip, tofu and tomato dip along with chocolate yogurt dip.

Watch the clip to find out how easy it is to serve all of them up to your kiddos.
