Of course, Parente likes the dancers. But he loves the judges. In particular, Mary Murphy. In Parente’s own words: “She is the only person I’ve ever met with more energy than me!”

We told you yesterday about the two new divas on the set of American Idol this season. Well, the fireworks are already flying.

TMZ is reporting that Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey went at it during the first Idol taping. Carey even Tweeted about the first taping, saying “several classic moments so far.” We have secret video of the fight and you can watch it in the clip above.
