Family was sitting on porch when car crashed into their Aurora house
AURORA, Colo. – It was a scary moment for an Aurora family Sunday afternoon when a car crashed into the side of their house.
According to the Aurora Police Department, an 11-year-old was sitting on the porch with his parents at their home on 1695 Oswego St. when the car came at them. Officers said the child’s father pushed him out of the way before the car could hit them. Luckily, the boy walked away with only a scraped knee. There were no other injuries reported.
The female driver who crashed into the house was taken to the hospital as a precaution. Police said an investigation is underway and charges are pending.
