Couple posts video of their son, 2, behind wheel of moving car

A video appeared on Facebook of a toddler behind the wheel of a moving car.

It’s raising eyebrows and causing concern, after a North Carolina couple posted it on their Facebook page.

The couple has apologized for their momentary lapse in judgment. The Marine and his wife say they never meant to hurt their 2-year-old son or anyone else.

They also say it will never happen again.
