NEW YORK — These are photos from the scene of a shooting near the Empire State Building that left two dead and nine others injured.
Police said they returned fire on suspected gunman Jeffery Johnson, 53, and killed him. According to police, Johnson was laid off by a women’s accessory store near the Empire State Building a year ago. He killed his formed boss in the attack.
