Slashed-tires

DENVER – Residents living in the Curtis Park neighborhood woke up to find their vehicles vandalized Sunday morning.

About 15 cars parked in the 3300 block of Curtis St. had their tires slashed.

Neighbors say it happened sometime between 4:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.

FOX31 Denver visited the neighborhood Sunday afternoon, where many neighbors were still upset. They couldn’t believe someone would do this.

“We don’t know why or what, but they did the whole block,” said Loretta Rodriquez. “I don’t think that’s right, whoever did it — it’s not right. It was just a surprise to us.”

Police have yet to name a suspect.
