Denver International Airport confirms non-specific bomb threat

DENVER, Colo. — Denver International Airport has confirmed that a bomb threat was made to the airport Tuesday.
DIA spokeswoman Jenny Schiavone said the threat was “not specific” and that airport authorities are assisting the FBI, TSA and Denver Police in an ongoing investigation.
Schiavone also reported that airport operations are not affected, but airport visitors can expect to see an increased police presence on the property.
