Video: Aurora theater shooting subject appears dazed at court appearance
AURORA, Colo. — The suspect accused of shooting 70 and killing 12 in an Aurora movie theater employed a strange demeanor in his first court appearance Monday.
It appeared as though Holmes was dazed, with his vision wandering the view times he lifted his gaze from the floor.
There was some doubt as to whether or not James E. Holmes had actually dyed his hair red, as was reported during Friday’s coverage. He did indeed appear Monday with his hair haphazardly dyed both red and orange.
