SKYFOX VIDEO: Aurora theater shooting scene

AURORA, Colo. — We have helicopter footage from SkyFOX of Aurora Police and a bomb squad searching the apartment of suspect, James Holmes, at 17th and Oswego in Aurora. Holmes told police that he had homemade explosives in his apartment.

Holmes is the suspected gunman in the Aurora theater shooting that has a left 12 dead and over 38 wounded. That report is current as of 7:16 a.m., Friday morning.

Holmes was reportedly found at the back of the theater with three weapons — a handgun, a shotgun and an assault rifle. He was wearing a riot helmet, a gas mask and a bulletproof vest and told police he was in possession of homemade explosives.
