71-year-old accused of sexually assaulting teenager

LOVELAND — Patrick Frank Cipolla was arrested Friday on felony charges that he had an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teenage girl over the course of several years.
According to the Larimer County Sherrif’s Office, Cipolla is being charged with four counts of Sexual Assault and three counts of Sexual Assault on a Child by One in a Position of Trust.
