Bears caught breaking into car in Snowmass
Bear cubs break into car in Snowmass Village, Colo. July 1, 2012
SNOWMASS VILLAGE, Colo. — A pair of bears looked like they might’ve wanted to take a ride in a woman’s car that was parked in Snowmass Village.
She opened her door and found the bears. Aside from being startled, she stayed calm enough to take their picture before calling wildlife experts to remove the cubs.
The Snowmass Village Transportation Department put the pictures on its Facebook page to remind people to lock their cars and clean all traces of food from them.
