Explore Colorado: Telluride ATV Tour
Jennifer takes us to Telluride to ride some ATV’s.
Telluride is known for its spectacular scenery and rich mining history. During the summer it is an adventure playground with numerous hikes, trails, and areas to explore on foot, by jeep, on horseback, or by ATV.
Telluride ATV Tours offers half day and full day tours. You can explore the Beaver Park Trail System, which are old mining, logging, and cattle drive roads. The tours start about 15 miles outside of Telluride and take you through a wilderness of fun on dirt roads. Half day tours are $175 for a single rider and $235 for a rider and passenger. Six and older can ride as passengers and sixteen and older can drive.
Fuel up for your adventure with a great breakfast at The Butcher & Baker Café. A top-notch place to stay is River Club Telluride. It is the only full service Telluride condominium property inside the town of Telluride and is just steps away from the Gondola, shops and restaurants. There are two and three bedroom condos available. They are rustic, yet elegant mountain design and very spacious with condos ranging from 1,000 to nearly 1,500 square feet.
