TMZ: Tebow sues website over “MY Jesus” t-shirts

Tim Tebow may have tolerated the “Tebowing” phenomenon he inspired by his public display of his faith, but he isn’t happy with a t-shirt company selling “MY Jesus” t-shirts with a not-so coincidental similarity to the “NY Jets” logo, TMZ is reporting.  

According to TMZ, “Tebow is threatening legal action because he says a website is illegally using his name to sell merchandise.”

Except, Tebow’s name doesn’t appear anywhere on the shirt being sold by CubbyTees.com.
