He was the first pick of the Indianapolis Colts in 1998 and spent the next 14 years re-writing the NFL record book.

He has thrown for 4,000 yards eleven times.

He’s tossed 399 touchdown passes.

He’s gone to the Pro Bowl eleven times.

He led the Colts to 7 division championships and a Super Bowl title.

He is the only man ever to win the league MVP four times.

But those numbers only tell part of the story.

Ask anyone who ever played with or against Peyton Manning and they are unanimous: He is one of the five greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game.

Like Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky and John Elway…he made EVERYBODY better around him.

Until last season, he had never missed a snap in 14 years. And now, because of a neck injury and the collapse of the Colts without him, he suddenly found himself a free man.

And the Broncos pounced and acted aggressively. Less than two weeks later they got a Hall of Famer.

A John Elway is only supposed to come along once in a lifetime. Thanks in part to Elway, the Broncos and their fans are getting a second chance at greatness.
